It begins with a thorough evaluation to identify the underlying cause or causes of your symptoms, dysfunction or disease, including our on-line systems survey test.
Next, our state of the art NervExpress® Heart Rate Variability test identifies high level interference patterns caused by pathogens, heavy metals and chemical toxicities, food allergies and other causes is performed.

This is followed by Kinesiology testing to assess the strength or weakness of every organ, tissue and system. Food, animal and environmental sensitivities are identified. Your free radical levels will be assessed along with an acid-base (pH) challenge, body composition, adrenal stress test and mineral balance assessment.

With this information, your personalized Hygiea Wellness plan will be developed and presented to you in a written report.

Chiropractic Care and Auto Accident Injury Care

Our Sherman Oaks chiropractic care and auto accident injury care is founded in the Morter Health System and the B.E.S.T. technique developed by Dr. Milton T Morter, Jr. This work is supported by Koren Specific Technique (K.S.T.) developed by Dr. Ted Koren and utilizes the FDA approved Arthrostim motorized adjusting instrument.

B.E.S.T. is a non-forceful technique to balance the energy systems of body, reducing interference that is causing pain, muscle spasms, and misalignment of the joints.

K.S.T. is a chiropractic system of identifying misalignments of vertebrae, cranial bones, TMJ, shoulders, wrists and all other joints. Once the misalignments are identified by our chiropractor, the Arthrostim tool is used to realign the joints without ‘popping, cracking or twisting’ the body.

The adjusting techniques are supported with sound wave therapy, muscle stimulation, cold laser therapy, traction, stretching and exercise.
